Tiges, I agree with you that non-shareholders who are genuine in considering MAD as an investment opportunity may respond to management action that way, and that if management say they are going to issue a report by a certain day then they should do so or be criticised for it. On the other hand, I still think it is "funny" that some non-shareholders appear very demanding in holding management to account "as if they were shareholders". There is a difference.
