as for being on too many boards (agree in Paul's case) if I recall so are some of the people asking for the spill motion ??? And on similar remuneration if what I remember is correct - easy to check.

As to the reference to having funded previous mining operations personally: doesn't look like they are offering the same for BCN and Barlee ? Shame - would make their proposal so much more interesting !!
Hope they put up their personal board memberships and salaries up on their website as well - just to be fair !
