Would have to disagree pretty strongly with www.travel.com.au being the future, have known a lot of people who have filled some very senior roles at there and moved on. somewhat dispirited that the company hasn't realised it's potential. They (the co.) have been around for a long, long time in comparison to webjet and if in that time they haven't managed to build up the web traffic that Webjet has garnered in a much shorter time then I can't see why the future will bring anything better.
The web is a place which changes quickly but I'm on both web and travel.coms email list for quite a while and have to say I prefer to use WEB to find flights (not necessarily to book nut as they say, that's another story). I have used travel.com in the past but for now find them clunky and slow.
