I would like to stress to all you shareholders out there and customers out there that beware in booking tickets through this company.!!!!
I am wondering if anyone has experienced it before, but I found the Webjet platform was working against me booking my tickets. They have a conflict of interest because if you don't go ahead with your ticket and cancel it they make $300 per person plus all web jet fees are not refundable.
I had to book a 1-way ticket because there were no returns which was the highest fare I noticed soon as I was locked in the cheapest return flights were then available again but then when I cancelled my 1-way ticket they all disappeared this was very hurtful and deceitful I found from this company BEWARE PEOPLE THIS COMPANY IS NOT HELPING YOU, ONLY setting you up to cancel your ticket and make a huge fee.
Anyway, lost my business obviously only interested in the mass market to rip people off.
Lets see if someone actually calls to rectify. I am adding this company up there with Booking.com. Its a shame because I thought it worked really well.
Look forward to some replies on this.
