Really nervous about point 4. Seems a bit flippant, but that may be a result of how you have reported it (no criticism intended). Hopefully it is not the start of a "we are happy to put you into debt so we can build our own profile" syndrome by management. TB has been very good so far resisting this temptation.
I would be very cautious about going into debt at the moment as I am not convinced we are over all the financial issues, as many of the same fundamental problems remain.
Similarly the use of scrip to make acquisitions seems a bit at odds with the consolidation strategy, on my understanding of what the consolidation strategy is trying to achieve.
Bit of a mixed bag this announcement and I will post more when I have had a chance to absorb it more.

BTW I did pick up a thread that Cambodia was dead as far as development/exploration is concerned, and it might be cast aside. Did that come through on the webcast?
