Dasa, No mention of Cambodia. In the qtly, TB mentioned that it would be reviewed in March and a decision made then.
Point 4 - I think TB was saying that he is happy with $1B in cash. If an opportunity comes up that is $1.5B, then he is happy to fund the bal through debt or script. He was indicating that he did not want to hoard all the cash for ever and was willing to go into debt or do script if necessary.
