Not interested in KPI’s etc - All we are after is “activity” - how proactive are they in pursuing contracts? It will be indicative that they a grasping the nettle and putting themselves out there with a team focused in just that. If they don’t win the contract then they need to look at what they are offering vs what the winning contracts are doing in closing the deal and test and adjust accordingly.
There are plenty of competitors out there!
