It is illegal to run the company on the ASX without an Australian resident on the board.
We pay board members to take care of these things, remember this and how much has been said about contracts, licensing deals and the military leading up to the voting for the AGM (oh and don't forget these big remunerations were partly because we WERE an ASX 300 company).
Someone needs to be held accountable in my opinion!
