It's a non issue and your focusing on the wrong things.
Sarcasm aside I'm sure you are aware that it's not all to do with another board member just popping into a meeting every now and then, they're there for reasons and those reasons and responsibilities vary and have many effects on the running of the company.
The correct diversity is an important aspect in Alexiums future going forward.
