What a great CEO.... it would be very hard (and lose your shit) to try and explain to the untrained mind on how the product works! As I have mentioned in other posts, the MSB board are more interested in 'survival' meaning, allowing the parents of very sick children the opportunity to hold their child in their arms again. You can hear in MSB CMO voice how annoying it is when people say 'condolences'. I was blown away hearing that too.
