I must admit Darren does have the right idea with the capital raising in the sense, that he does not want to put a pit somewhere missing out critical areas that are unexplored. Although at the same time I do not feel it explains the poor capital raising planning or pricing. It was too cheap.

I enjoyed his statement "I want to give Shareholders growth at a quicker rate, and this will be done without debt to ANZ". I'm happy that he recognises the smaller shareholders, more importantly recognises there is a hot copper community out there discussing his actions and reacting to them.

I will choose to re-invest into ABU again soon, I sold out before the last announcement as I felt the negative trend were heading to a low regardless of announcement anyway. Although at the moment all my trading funds are locked in elsewhere due to a trading halt. No idea who the other person was.
