This is an unfortunate statement. You do not know this for sure at all.
It makes absolutely no sense to give a dividend to people or institutions that do not want to hold the shares.
You propose giving a 10c dividend to people trying to sell their shares at $1.5? That is madness.
10c is $25,7m which could take out 10m shares potentially.
Once the share price is more around a fair value range of greater than $3 then a dividend is perfectly acceptable.
Until that time, buy back shares!!!
