    I think that 4th quarter finalization of financing is pretty conservative I think they are tired of missing deadlines and also I think finalization of financing would require the signing of initial agreements in the 2nd and 3rd quarter for it to all finalize in the 4th quarter. It takes months for financing to finalize after letters of intent and definitive agreements are signed.
