    Wasn’t stage 2 always going to include a public/private collaboration? Long before Boric was elected MSB entered into an MOU with Codelco in 2019. You may recall Newco was to be formed to develop Stage 2. So despite all the protestations about the NLP, nothing has actually changed for LPI.
