This NLP is very punitive for LPI because it indiscriminately caps our ownership at 49.999% despite of your contribution. i.e. it does not matter how much you spent developing the project and how advanced it is. The property owner + the financier combined cannot own more than 49.999% of the project. This is pure BS because the state has 0 contribution and would like to own more than 50% plus collecting 40% royalty plus they get to put their wife on the payroll for doing nothing like a family business. I don't see anybody with a half a conscientious mind would fund this project, there is zero chance.
