Any equity investors that wold like to invest in stage 1 will passively become an owner of stage 2 unless LPI spins out stage 2 into separate entity. Nobody with the right mind wants to mingle with the communists. I would rather they immediately cease talking to Codelco and wait for the policy to fail or wait another three years for Boric to p**s off.
