yes, unfortunately I cannot trust their timelines/deadlines. also seen it with many companies that stay in limbo for years - "good discussions with potential finance partners, lots of interest etc"....this could go on for years. I always said nothing substantial will happen this year in terms of financing/construction (despite LPIs optimism) and seems I am right.

A bit of silver lining, as Cristobal said (and I also got the impression), the Chilean government has now a strong interest to make LPI/MSB/Maricunga a poster child for new investments and viable projects in the country (hoping that this also pushes other projects etc.). This is the most positive thing I took out of this NLP show. Just look how important government was for CXO (at least they got lots of support from WA government - on various levels) - and how quickly CXO become viable/a reality. DYOR!
