The lack of singularity of PR's focus is a very poor signal. Much smarter individuals have attempted dual roles and failed miserably at both.

So we've effectively got the same Chair and MD with no previous experience or successful track record at either role.

If there wasn't enough inherent risk in investing in biopharma PR has single handily made it an even more difficult proportion for an insto or professional investor to screen positively.

Irrespective of short term share price I recommend we all make it abundantly clear this is NOT his own private company and the PAR BOD are enabling poor governance.
