Their MC is $10m. Their research looks cool, and promising for neurodegenerative diseases, but it's going to take a real boost from left field to get going. That's a really low MC to be operating with and not either run out of capital, or get purchased easily by someone who wants to flog the research off and start focusing on something different (not suggesting this is what is going to happen). PAR should just buy it for $20m, park it, and then pursue the research in combination with Zilosul when OA is bringing in the big bucks. Anti-inflammatory combined with neuroprotection would be a great combo. The same reason I think Zilosul would be great for Huntington's disease to treat the increased inflammation in the brain, neuroprotection is another area that needs tackling, as HD and other neurodegenerative disease see both inflammation and cell death as the diseases progress.

There you go, make it happen PR, merge the two, have one role, and expand the potential of PAR even further.
Just do something, as this two company nonsense needs to end.
