    Now to play with semantics:

    Question: (Freeway Overpass) Did it, or did it not generate revenue for the company and does it or does it not provide unlimited access to mobile content?

    Answer: Yes.

    Question: is it still operational and still functioning in the market?

    Answer: Yes.

    Question: Can it be leveraged as a reference point / proof of concept for carriers to white label their own version (see SMART Communications)

    Answer: Yes.

    Question: Does this have any significant negative effect on the status of the business when generating interest and converting the interest into new deals?

    Answer: No.

    Question: Does this pose any fundamental issues with the company

    Answer: Yes.

    Question: If the answer to the above YES, what effect does this pose to the company and what solution is there to bolster the fundamentals of the company?

    It clearly limits the revenue generated by the first party service if the service is only being installed from customer referrals and organic means, without further marketing of the product, however, the back end white labelling products with carriers (SMART, VERIZON, TATA/OPARI) is the end game. It enables higher margin revenues from the service which uses the same product as the first party Freeway application, just branded under a carrier branding.

    Question: If the answer to the above question was No, what effect does this pose to the company and what solution is there to bolster the fundamentals of the company?

    Answer: There is no issues to the fundamentals of the company and it assists the company in gaining further carrier partnerships and relationships via the proof of functioning service.
