Addressable Audience: Any customer able to download and use our product, however, they need to be with a carrier we are partnered with who has the CSP integrated and also needs to have a smart phone - some customers only have feature phones so are not applicable.
Install Base: The number of unique consumers who have installed the technology.
Growing pipeline: A sales pipeline is a visual snapshot of where prospects are in the sales process. The Sales pipeline tells them much business Syntonic are expected to close in a given period.
As @ozxozx pointed out, outside of the US or Australia, even for myself, a lot of tier one carriers are unknown to us, however still maintain millions of users.There are numerous tier one carriers who have subsidiaries who run on the same network. If you don't understand what a tier one carrier is, in loose terms, they are the carriers who own the infrastructure (telephone poles, servers, wireline etc). SMART communications is a subsidiary of PLTD. PLTD own the infrastructure.
