1. The market and holders lost faith in DM.

2. The asx smashing.

3. The setbacks seem to follow BUD.

4. The selling of shares.

5. Nothing material has been announced for sometime.

6. Average sales of buddy so far. Not bad but not good.

7. The hype that has started about a big deal. This will hold us back until one is signed.

8. Parse setback another issue.

9. No traction with the product just yet.

I think that will hold any SP Back, all IMO.
