my comment based on cap raising was based on the response from the q and a section of the webinar - my guess it is sooner rather than later.
also it is worth looking at the last quarterly cash burn - 1.2M of which manufacturing is $280k. They still need to significantly increase the revenue to get close to break even, and I am not aware of how they could get cash receipts closer to $1M based on what has been announced.
