No doubt NRZ will be welcome as a tax contributor, which explains the [new] Minister's bending over backwards approach. If a Labor politician 'crosses the floor' or even abstains in a vote s/he is immediately expelled from the party. It is puzzling, therefore, that a Minister can go against party policy without sanction.
