Not quite. JK said on the call the focus in AU is not on antibody testing due to the basis of how such testing is best used.

Paraphrasing his words here, 'AU/NZ have low numbers so they use the lab testing options (2days-1week) to identify, track, trace, isolate. The Covid19 antibody testing approach won't work for immediate identification as antobodies take upto 1week-10days to show up in serology tests. This is better suited to identifying who has already been infected in mass numbers, possibly showing immunity cells/continues to be asymptomatic etc.'

So antibody testing better suited to rapid population tests (where it has already spread beyond low numbers, initial containment), mass workforce tests etc as part of lockdown re-openings and population infection spread mgmt.
