The Webinar Pump that saw the SP move from ~30 cents to ~50 cents had no real material changes and just emphasized the pure speculative information in that Webinar - for all newbies read "Disclaimer" Slide 2.
Predictably for those experienced, a CR is now on the cards on the back of the Webinar Pump - if the "Path to Profitability" Slide 19 in the Webinar is to believed then miraculously they have transformed a forecast loss of millions a few months ago for 2022 into a profit of over 50 million. Wow, this acting CEO really has a magic wand!
Some key questions to consider:
1. Why would a CEO Mr Lee Rodne have the profit forecasts so wrong and leave such a gold mine?
2. Why were the board or major shareholders not buying in the 20s or 30s recently?
3. Where is Ziggy in all of this now after dumping at the historical high?
4. With a current burn rate of ~$4M per quarter (~$67K / business day) how much will the CR be for and how long can it last?
