Just waiting for the top 20 to be posted for this month and we will know how many Sabby are still holding. We assume that Merril Lynch Aust. Nominees are Sabby and they were holding just over 8m at the beginning of July. I am assuming that Sabby cannot participate in the rights issue as they are not an "Eligible Shareholder" under the terms of the offer. Whether or not they received any shares under the placement to sophs and instos we don't know. I also assume that they are still holding their unlisted warrants from their previous placement.
