Some questions I am hoping will be answered in today's webinar
· How is sales progress going? There was a potential sales pipeline of $25mil mentioned in a recent announcement. How confident is D13 of securing these sales? And what percentage of the $25mil is likely to be actually be converted into sales.
· Last year a subcontract with Parsons was announced, however the value of the subcontract was never confirmed. Is D13 able to provide more information around the value, and duration of this contract?
· Is D13 confident they will sell Mesmer to 10 different customers/entities in this calendar year?
· Can D13 please confirm that the initial Mesmer sale through EPE was for only a single unit of Mesmer?
· Is D13 able to provide any information on the recent Black Dart event held this month?
· The recent capital raise by D13 was announced as a CR to “assist with the growing demand” for Mesmer and progress with sales. Can D13 advise how the $5.5mil will be spent? Can some sort of a breakdown be provided?
o How much will be allocated to further marketing/advertising,
o How much is expected to be spent purely for manufacturing Mesmer units,
o How much is expected to be spent on R&D of future Mesmer versions,
