The ASX Aware Letter is not ancient history, it is very recent and it had quite an impact on the share price and probably on how many less-informed people view Buddy. Doubtless Dave and others had to spend a great deal of time dealing with the matter, which, if in their opinion, was unwarranted then it is only right that we as shareholders have an understanding of the situation. The impact might still be affecting Dave and the way he runs the company. Of course, I accept that Dave's hands will be tied and thus he will not be in a position to provide too many details. I have no wish to antagonise the ASX, as you put it, but on the other hand if the ASX sent Aware Letters out like confetti then it is information that should be revealed to shareholders in general.
