My question to this would be, why would you have to wait, why can the new software or firmware be loaded remotely onto the device, this is not the same as a new version of a car. If it was a updated design to the hardware, then wait. Not software or firmware, apple and android update this stuff all the time remotely. Seems like a lame excuse to me. IMO
