Am I right in remembering from the Sydney roadshow, that updates from Vx to Vy etc are done online via firmware? If so, Versions1 already installed should be upgradeable too. If so, in theory it shouldn't slow installs down, but in practice buyers will want "the latest and best" upfront, naturally.
Of course, they may have been referencing only V2 being firmware upgradeable plus self-install with QR codes and the app.
