The numbers presented in the PFS are strong and show it is a viable project. They've been realistic in using $11,000 pricing imo. LKE and whoever joins as a cornerstone could be timing it just right for 2022/3 as the bottleneck approaches. Lithium demand for high quality low impurities LCE and Hydroxide could well increase as auto makers try to secure those unsecure supply lines. Post Covid19, supply chains are expected to become more localised, with auto makers possibly going direct to source to secure lithium supply. Dont forget VW in Argentina.
it's the scale of a Kachi and that 25yr mine life powered by Solar energy and off grid storage that will attract attention too as well as 22% IRR.
5 yr to pay back caught my eye too. After that 20yrs and a further expansion of an open resource at Kachi in all directions including depth.
25,500t of LCE per annum. ok $544m investment capital but again pay back year is 5.
Post Covid infrastructure projects will be big.

LKE has been disruptive with introducing DLE as opposed to ponds and there are some big players wishing they'd looked a little closer at a Lilac as they now partner LKE to the next phase of development.
We now wait for the next 20,000L to arrive in Oakland and samples to be distributed to off take potential partners. imo There will be increased interest today following the PFS but LKE May need to announce an offtake partner to really move the SP.
Well done to the BoD for delivering the PFS and all the detailed work within it. It's very easy to knock a company from behind a keyboard and not appreciate all the work that's going on behind the scenes in pulling things together.

I look forward to the next phase and the growing partnership with Lilac. The Mrs and I will be increasing our holdings.
