Here is a new thread for an anticipated Webinar after this quarterly.

    I will kick it off

    (1) It has been asked many times on Hotcopper about the missed $14m order in Q4CY19. What are the reasons behind this happening, what's to stop it happening again and why didn't the order simply move to Q1CY20?

    (2) The $3.8m "stock shelving " low cost light order was initially supposed to be paid up front. We are now told the revenue will be in June or even Sept quarterly. Why did the terms of the agreement change? If it lands in Q2 and given the recent cost cutting plus government subsidies and benefits and bounce back in April sales, how is the expected cash burn for the next 2 quarters and why has this been removed from the ASX quarterlies?? How can you have 7 quarters of runway with only $940k in cash? Also, how can the burn be only $340k this quarter but EBITDA $-4.4m?

    (3) At the end of Cy20 the coy announced disappointment at not reaching its 70-100% yoy growth due to several bulk orders not landing. Also a US utility was anticipated to make an order for 600,000 lights that was postponed by at least 6 months. Why?

    (4) Hotcopper has pointed out many times at the coy inability to sell on its own website. Numerous lines are constantly 'sold out'. Where is the filament lights and why is the new $9.99 light not offered pre order ( similar to switch ) and have a more accurate launch date than a "couple of months " Please explain whats going on.

    (5) When comparing this quarterly to Q1cy20, there looks like a approx 50% fall in revenue. But the coy told the market that bricks and mortar sales, due to covid19 were down 10-30% Please explain.

    (6) The vendor finance with Eastfield keeps getting moved back a few months at a time. Its due again in 28 days. Please explain the dynamics of the vendor, trade and inventory financing. Why would anyone other than predatory debt buyers be interested in this ????
