So for over 12months the company had $26m of available finance. DM blamed the awful sales in 2020 on Covid. At the AGM he said the finance had been too hard to use. He said in 2020 the manufacturer had wanted cash up front but now are back to commercial terms in 2021. So without Covid would sales have been any better?? How could they have been? Cap raises done in 2020 with SHs not being told the finance deals were unusable so sales COULDN'T happen. Market sensitive announcements like Clean that would never be able to have a material effect on revenue because the product COULDN'T be made. All known to the company and withheld from SHs.

Dave must be held accountable for the disaster and mess he has brought. He must be sacked. His deceit has driven away investors and tarnished the company.
