At the time the critical component chips were sold by the supplier in April 21, had they been paid for?
If not, did BUD, either directly or through its supply agreement with Eastfields, have the funds available to pay for the goods in full?
If the funds were available, please detail how much the shipment cost and where the funds were to be drawn from, as the Quarterly 4C released in April would indicate that funds were not available (loan facilities fully drawn and limited cash to fund operations).
If the funds were not available, when did BUD expect to have those funds available? Please provide details to validate the timeline, not just a date.
