The unaudited numbers in the prospectus indicated they had increased total debt by $11m over the qtr, but details were pretty scant which is modus operandi for this company.
But apparently just another capital injection of $6.5m from sophisticated investors is all that is needed to salvage this company and provide blue skies forever.
