2020 and 2021, If you read the annual reports, (from memory) the goat had as a 'short term incentive' for renumeration, the goal of 200m market cap. This was a 'short term' goal both times. I could have a faulty memory on the dates (Disclaimer here) But that is what I recall without sifting through my archives and reading again.
Yet he still got performance rights without achieving that goal (He did EVENTUALLY get appstab, which was another performance goal - again from memory and I will NOT revisit that shemozzle)
