That CR was to wholesale & sophisticated investors, not a cornerstone investor. The term cornerstone investor was never used.
The $18m @ 9c for 200m shares is wholly accurate though.
I think that taking a position at greater than 10% in a company, where cash is put up and not shares issued from a company vend, is generally putting serious skin in the game.
