I am interested that nobody ever questioned the original 0.0175 premium buy in with no other incentives turned into the discounted 0.0121 ..... AND a seat on the board? That would have been a GREAT question to ask GOAT - IMO (Seat on the board? BTW, he did talk on the discount being all good - but WTF, a seat at the decision table?)
There was plenty of discussion at the time how great a premium was and how great no board seat was offered - until it was
