I think that they're chasing both the SAAS & payments revenue. The SAAS revenue being the baseline revenue from the users who adopt the software in order to achieve the efficiencies that it can deliver to their business and the payments revenue is the variable revenue generated from the users being incentivised to have their efficient software based accountant (I like your phrase) & their payments facilities packaged into one.
After all, the users need to have a payments system in any event, so if you can deliver them a more comprehensive product suite then they are more likely to adopt most, if not all, of the products available in the package.
I think that they're chasing both the SAAS & payments revenue....
