UPDATE - No further changes:

1. What are the 'short term' targets that Spenda have their eyes on? (REF: Last Ann)
2. Why have Spenda and Agri decided to 'pause' the 'Binding' agreement? (See Q1)
3. Why were the terms of the cornerstone investment by Capricorn changed to 1.2c rather than the original 1.75c
4. Could you break down the revenue into payments, Saas fees, one off Capricorn payments & lending so we can get a true indication of actual reoccuring revenue for the qtr.
5. Is it expected to have a Capricorn board member in the not too distant future.
6. Is managements priority revenue driven this quarter rather than onboarding new clients
7. What is happening with FSCO
8. Does Capricorn intend on increasing on their current holdings to target 19.9% (may not be able to answer this)
9. Will SPX generate at least $12m revenues to break even in calendrer year 2024 ?
10. March 7 2023 statement was made CF+ by June 2023. By what measure did SPX Management expect this to occur and what has changed in the past 11 months to cause this to not be realised?

Please, I am hoping someone will ask some (If not all) of these questions tomorrow, or at least the gist of them. Weird that the so - called 'faithers' don't have any questions? Not even Dorothy Dixers??? Well, I tried ..... GLTAH

PS, I am + 2 hours so will probably be in bed while others are asking q's. Anyone can update the list if further questions are asked, though I am still up for the time being
