I can only comment on my experience with the product. My husband had an ankle replacement in Nov23. Was on continuous antibiotics. Got an infection. Swabs showed it was MRNA and E-coli plus other bugs. Was treated the usual way with saline flushes and IV antibiotics for 5 weeks over March 24. Was hospitalized the whole time Infection flared up again. Back in hospital in May. I demanded more substantial flushes and a different method of treatment. Dr suggested flushing with 'Xperience' and packing wound with a brand new still in trial stages drug, 'R327' After getting TGA approval, Dr went ahead and used this new drug. Last swabs showed no MRNA or E-coli. And that was 2 weeks ago. Blood levels are back to normal, pain is nearly gone and will be home at the end of the week. Now a shared holder. I hope it has the same response everywhere.
