If TSMC was producing SiOx Reram then it would be infringing on the joint patents that WBT and Leti hold, so I think it's fairly safe to assume that TSMC Reram is TiO2 or some other type of metal oxide. Always good to hear the tech questions answered by WBT BOD (good questions btw @Ignattious), it really shows that we have the best people on the job, and that their year's of experience are a true asset to WBT.
