Simple answer is that the BOD have come together to produce what others and the companies that they used to work for would not or have not been able to produce.
If you think that the BOD will sell then you might as well sell now and watch what happens.
You obviously have not done much research into the company and the BOD.
The BOD are hear to change the dynamics of memory for now and the future.
This company will not be sold as I and as many others believe that we will become a leading entity in th3 semiconductor market!!
