I would suggest the competitors have been very closely watching AVR for many months. The question is what is it that will make them actually get to panic levels, because they aren’t there yet. Many takeovers are friendly in this this space ..aka done at an acceptable price. Current prices are way too cheap for any wholesale acceptance. Fun could come if there are 2 or more who’s board say ‘go’ at the same time
