If thats the case, that SNTech are using a different type of facial/object recognition, using something other than pattern matching via spikenet - I would be very, very pissed off if I was a civil liberties rep or a parent of one of the students.
Someone has seriously misrepresented the tech stack in the system and its capabilities. The whole way through this process, they have referred to Spikenets pattern matching versus standard biometrics.
I doubt the system is using something other than Brainchip/Spikenet pattern recog
