For a start, there's no fait accompli there's been any copyright infringement. Lets just see the audit first. It's seems far more likely the point of the audit of source code is to settle the dispute over the invoice. In other words to simply establish some sort of metric over SN Tech's claims regarding how much value adding to our IP their suggested modifications made when developing Aegis for School deployments. No copyright infringement. Besides it seems much more likely any modifications were carried out cooperatively and under the control of Spikenet developers anyway.

And I certainly don't agree there's any fait accompli that the quicker we extract from SN Tech relationship the better. These guys have had almost global coverage by news media over the Lockport roll out and thanks to that, BRN and SN Tech are both looking at a very large piece of pie.

So suggest we stop tearing Company reputations to shreds, wait for the results of the audit and focus on the imperative of sorting the Aegis business model with SN Tech out.
