month after month of too little sales to meet the debt
the purchase of a lighting company which was way overvalued....i often wonder if there were any kick backs made with this deal???
promises, promises, promises
yes there is a lighting company which is okay but the sales don't equate to this company recovering from the massive hole that has been dug.
i would say the carcass will be picked off by the creditors when the company is dissolved.
I've accepted my loss now and the shareholders should accept theirs.
all in my opinion
