My understanding and I could be wrong is LPI would merge with MSB, BRZ well I'm not sure. BRZ would surely be swallowed by this stage!

IMO if Mitsui becomes binding then I believe LPI will take to production otherwise a big offer needs to be presented for us to be taken over.
