I would like to hear if the EXR plan for the future has altered.

I originally invested -- with the expectation that EXR were a DISCOVERY and Exploration company.... with the intent over a short period of time , would Discover Gas , Prove the Commercial Viability of the Gas and on sell the Entire operation to a Third Party.

The Big Prize being a TAKEOVER.
I was hoping for a Take over at the end of 2023... outer limit of 2024.

I am Hoping that the Hydrogen developments, are plans only, to --(as someone else has stated --Add Value and appease ESG and Green climate change enthusiasts) .. and not changing the Companies core focus and try to become a /Supplier instead of just an Explorer.

Also the current share price - has been handy for accumulating a few more shares -- (thank you --sellers).

The Fundamentals and De-risking has continued for EXR -- an Indication for the Future Direction of the company , would be well received , especially confirmation of a view that a Take Over is still the Final Goal.
